Dehumidifer shuts off when tank is only 1/4 filled

runs fine but the full light comes on and it shuts off with very little water in the tank

Sensor calibration . Make sure you are using the factory bucket, I believe it senses the weight of the bucket and water combined.Check and make sure the platform is not taped for shipping .
