Diplomat dishwasher blows fuses

I have a diplomat dishwasher it was working then in mid cycle it blew the house fuse I replaced the fuse in the plug and switched the house fuse back on when turning on the dishwasher it blew again, I was told there is a heater reset button on the bottom under the thermostat so i have taken it apart and the button does not seem to be a reset is it likely to be the thermostat?

-   Have had the same problem, trips sometimes during use and trips when turning it on from socket above the worktop. Had the engineer out four times, replaced motor, dispenser, electric housing and still trips, they have now condemed it and are sending a replacement, hopefully it will be ok. Matt.-   mattj1

I would disconnect the heater then run the unit.If it runs the heater is bad,if the fuse blows again the motor is most likley bad.make sure there are no water leaks.let me know.happy holidays
