Question about Televison & Video
Brand new and put 5 cd in and it still reads no disk. Hooked up to a receiver.
If the unit is brand new ask for refund.
if the cd's are brand new and no disk the lens is dirty or bad laser.

Yes, you have a disc problem. Some PS1 games have audio MP3 , or WAV files on them, and poor reading sometimes will pick up the audio tracks and not the Game data. You could be having a Laser alignment issue, but if other PS1 games are working fine, you do not.
