Did the document print in full even though it left blank spaces? I f so the problem is The Page Break Occurred before it actually reached the end of the paper. Check what paper is selected on the printer. I don't mean the tray or paper feeder. On the LCD screen on the printer go through the menu till you find the paper. Make sure the paper is set to A4 or Letter (whatever you normally use.) and make sure this setting matches with the paper select in the documenent. Check File ->Print ->Settings or Options .... Find out where the paper is mentioned and select A4 or Letter as the case may be. Hope this will solve your problem Good luck luciana44
This problem is common when heavyweight paper is fed from the tray long edge first. and then the fuser exit sensor did not actuate within the specified time. Clean the drawer from dust or oil. if this not solve the problem change the fuser exit sensor
From the start menue to printers and faxes go to your printer right click and select properties label the 4 drawers as to paper type and select continue, or auto continue to off.
-Carl, please let me know if this helps.
Make sure you have the size corrrect on the tray setting, if you have to you can create a custom size paper.
Also set the paper or media type to Heavy 2. Or heavyweight 2.
What that is saying is that somewhere, most likely in a print job, either the paper tray settings or the settings on the driver are incorrect.
What you need to do is look at the machine paper tray settings and see if they all say the proper size and paper type, and that they match the driver settings.
An example. See that the letter tray settings are 8 1/2 x11 plain paper on the machine and driver. Be for example that the driver doesnt say plain paper and the machine bond, or recycled, or heavyweight. They MUST match or you will receive that message.
The paper SIZE snd TYPE must match.
