The problame is locked so how to unlocked?

It's always a chance. It's hard but possible. It's will depend on what type of encryption is used and how did you "broke" the drive. If in some recovery service they say they can't do it , you should try at least few more, because I know for sure that it is possible . contact your service provider , provide proof that you own the account and they will give you the PUK code to unlock the unit
how any one that uses a finger print code could forget the finger print code is a little beyond comprehension

Its asking you the bios password, for this you have to visit your system's manufacturer and they will unlock the same.

-It should come back with an error, press enter and the hard drive name will disappear from the list
-DO NOT RESTART-...Your harddrive is being formatted.
-Let it sit at that screen for 30mins
-Afterwards, press the F5 key(refresh) and the hard drive should reappear on the list
-restart...and it'll be unlocked.

If it is the password that has been firmware locked, you cannot. This is to stop people who steal laptops from accessing data
If its a BIOS password, access the bios by pressing ( I THINK) F2 or F1 or Del at start up, navigate through the BIOS screens until you find SET Password and remove it

It may not be possible to recover the hard drive password or to unlock it; however, it is possible to remove the password together with the data, thus making your hard disk accessible and usable again.
Or Try Hiren's boot cd in this there is a operating system which boot from direct your cd/dvd rom. try it if it may open your locked external disk. And if your hard disk open in it just copy the data from the drive to any other drives and after copying your data format it. Then you see there is no password dialog box open in your normal windows log in.And for future if you use any software for password protection try to memorize the password in your mind or write it somewhere.
