There is no sure fire way to fix your graphics card in the laptop, usually they are soldered chips on the board, but if it still works currently, your best bet would be to take an air compressor or a can of compressed air and blow the dust out thru the side vents (NOT THE BOTTOM, as air flows in from underneath you would just be making it worse) chances are its overheating and causing the issue

might not be the fix but try getting the hover and where the fan outlet is give it a good hover the fan can get blocked and this will make the cpu shut down when it gets to hot

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to

reinstall drivers

click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the

(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the correct speaker settings there
click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it

You have over used your battery. In order to fix this problem you must purchase a new battery and replace your current one with it.

Make Sure Your Bettary Is In Working Condition. If Not Then Contact Acer Help Center. And Replace Your Bettary.

Go to control panel and look for touchpad icon. You can change the settings in here. If there is no touchpad icon try the mouse icon as sometimes there is a touchpad settings tab in there. Hope this helps.
