Black lines can be caused by:
a) Dirty optical of the scanner.
b) Cleaning blade damaged, (in this case the cylinder also will be damaged)
c) Dirt in the fuser unit.

Cleaned optics means the three mirrors in the scanning section and the laser **** glass right? This can be done by removing the platen glass.
