I have tired with my printer hp officejet 4255 all-in-one, sudenly priter got error with printing when i give the print command, printer have accept the commant and print the half of paper which salected and half blank then it gives remark in right hand side in the desktop that the printer has failed to print this documents get help or cancel '

1) With the power on, disconnect the USB cable 2) Follow the recommended procedure in your manual to remove the ink cartridges 3) Wait for the "Insert cartridges" message 4) Unplug the machine for 1 minute 5) Reconnect the power cord (press power button if necessary) to power on the unit 6) Reinstall the cartridges, close any access doors 7) Allow the machine to print a calibration page (if necessary) 8) Reconnect the USB cable Try printing again.
If this procedure fails, your OfficeJet may need servicing by a qualified tech.
Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
The USB cable connects to the port on the back of the product. The port is labeled with the USB icon ( ).

Remove the cartridges from the product.
Wait for the ' Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button ( ).
Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
Solution two: Service the product
If you have completed all the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service the product.
