the key is either in the bottom of your laptop or on the sides of the pc, if you don't have a key you have to buy the product From Any Pc Store Or Dealer

you need to contact microsoft for the key. They will charge you $10. for it. Or you can solve the issue buy downloading a after market XP from www.mininova.org, but I dont advise that.
