This is most likely the defrost heater in the back of the freezer and behind the panel. Unplug and remove panel and if covered with ice defrost until you can see the defrost heater part number WR51X10055
If you see the defrost heater burned out because it will be easy to spot because glass covers the element inside. You should also replace the defrost thermostat part number WR50X10054, Let me know what you find Thanks, Sea Breeze
