Pin numbers, card numbers and account numbers are separate issues, each with it's own identity. They are independent of each other and can be what ever the bank has setup in its programing and can vary from bank to bank.

If that's your question?

The pay pal account registration form asks for a pin number ,I provided all the other information ,but I do not have a pin no. and that is preventing the copmpletion of the account. ?? I spoke to the bank...

Pin numbers are all different and not all will work with your bank's atm for security reasons. This is why you should write everything down. Call PayPal back and ask them to help you reset your PayPal account.

What is a pin number

PIN stands for Personal Identification Number. For example to use a debit card (or a credit card) you are required to enter a 4 or 5 digit secret number It is a number you are asked to choose before activating a bank card. t the bank, they hand you a terminal on which you are asked to type in a PIN, then confirm it. When you use your card for banking from an automatic teller machine, you enter your secret PIN. Remember, anybody with your card and your PIN has immediate access to you bank account. So protect your PIN from everybody (family, friends, colleagues, and the stanger standing behind you at ATM )

I blocked my atm by entering wrong pin three times...what will i do?

It will be blocked on that ATM for a short amount of time only. You should be able to use another ATM and be fine. If not, then you may need to call customer service at your bank and let them know what happened so they do not think it is a fraud attempt.

Start over with money

Here is a link to the PDF Instruction Manual. I have also copied the instructions for resting the amount to zero:

To Reset Account To Zero:
Turn on the ATM Safe by inserting your ATM card into the slot and entering your PIN code.
• Press and hold the 1, 2, and 3 keys (Fig 8).
• The display will read, "Reset to zero?"
• Release the 1, 2, and 3 keys and then press the "e" key.
If the electronic functions of ATM Safe stops working, open the battery door
(see instructions "To Install Batteries") and locate the RESET button above the batteries.
Press once to reset. Note: Account balance will not reset to zero.

I had lost my voter id , atm and sim card

I suggest you notify the various government and your bank etc. as soon as possible that you have lost these cards. This is to prevent unauthorized access to your bank etc. You do not want someone to charge things to your ATM card and and/or withdraw money from your bank account.

Resetting Pin on Blue Hat ATM machine

Hi abbeybath,

We have the same atm/bank for our son. Here's the fix:
1 - push the reset button on the back of the ATM near the battery compartment.
2 - insert the ATM card and press the BALANCE button to change the user name (need to do this before getting to the pin)
3 - enter your childs name and push enter when complete. Cancel will delete an incorrect letter.
4- enter the default pin (1234) - this will bring up the DEPOSIT, WITHDRAWL, BALANCE screen.
5 - Press ENTER and it will show the current/default pin. Input the new pin number you desire and press ENTER again.

All set. Hope this helps!!
