my computer was infected by a maskrider virus. i do not know how to remove it. so i was thinking of re-formatting it. but the problem is i do not have the drivers and utilities for my hardwares

you can google it and download the drivers and utilities for your computer. just take a list of your hardware peripherals you would be just fine. if your running windows xp or vista, both OS have a wide range of driver database. they would be easily identified and work properly.

my computer was infected by re-formattingmaskrider virus. i do not know how to remove it. so i was thinking of re-formatting&in operating system showing the system volume information folder & it space is 1.78gb when v opened it dont show any folder showing a single folder & they r no hidden files
