Re: 2 Problems..Sim Card Problems

Well, first off, an iPhone won't work at all with a T-Mobile SIM card. American iPhones are locked to AT&T's network -- only AT&T SIM cards will work in them.

As far as activating it with AT&T, make sure that the iPhone isn't connected to the computer while you install iTunes. Once iTunes is installed, connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes should launch automatically and begin the activation wizard. Just follow the instructions on the screen and answer the questions.

My nokia 6710s can't access my sim card

you may want to check your sim card by plugging in into your PC and see if the info on the sim card displays. That will tell you that the sim card is ok. It is also possible the card is full but first theck to verify that it is functioning. If you have a second sim card plug it in and verify whether it works.

If the sim card checks out then verify that your camera has good batteries and try it again. If it does not access take to a good camera shop or POS.

How to fix invalid sim in myphone q19i

Take the SIM card out clean it and reinsert.Test the SIM on another handphone to see if its working fine.
Worst scenario your SIM may be old type and cannot work with the iphone. In that case you will need assistance from the service provider.
If you can get a SIM from any one else which works on the iphone that will confirm the status of your SIM in question.Hope that helps

Security code of nokia 1280 imei:354308043190395 plzzz help me i tried all solutions

Let me give you a little background and then some solutions. This is generic because I don't know your carrier. I'm useing ATT as an example.

Phones are naturally unlocked, but a service provider might lock them

When originally manufactured, all GSM cell phones are unlocked. That is, they can be used with any SIM from any cellphone service provider - always assuming, of course, that the cellphone service provider has compatible GSM service on the same frequency bands that the phone can operate on.

Most cell phone service providers electronically 'lock' the phone so that it can only be used with their service. There are obvious reasons why they choose to do this - in particular, to force you to pay what are usually very high roaming charges when you take your phone out of their network and use it elsewhere in the world.

Fortunately, this locking is reversible. With some phones, it is possible to simply enter an unlocking password code into the phone and it is immediately then unlocked. Other phones need to be connected up to a special unlocking data terminal.

Your phone has to be unlocked by the carrier. LG, Motorala, Sony Ericsson, Nokia and most of their ilk, will not give consumers the unlock codes but don't despair.

A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your carrier. For example, if you have AT&T to unlock your SIM card, you can obtain your phone's PUK code from AT&T by:

● logging in to your myWireless Account online
● using their Technical Support Chat
● calling Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500

To get your phone's PUK code online from ATT:

● Log in to your myWireless Account.
● Select My Services under My Account.
● From the My Services screen, select My Phone/Device.
● Select Unblock SIM Card.
● The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code.

Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code.

Note: If you enter the wrong ATT PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

There are three other ways to unlock a phone:

● The carrier will unlock the phone for you at one of its retail outlets;
● You can do it yourself by clicking on this link Free Unlock Codes ,
● Pay $3.89 at the following website:

I trust that this is helpful and solves your problem. All the best

Tried to restore my iphone 3G OS 3.1.2 in the itunes. after the restoration process was complete the following message appeared " the SIM card inserted in this iphone does not appear to be supported" "only...

do as it says you need a valid SIM to restore an iphone and it is possible to have a SIM go bad. There is nothing that can be done until your sim is infact working and valid and it MUST be an AT&T sim no other sim will work for restore.

On/off and it won't stop

Bet you have a virus - do any bluetooth downloading lately? I have a friend with a Nokia and the battery on his phone went out while we were visiting one another. I offered to let him put his sim card in my Samsung. His sim card had a virus and the phone kept recycling every few minutes between shutting down and turning back on. Luckily the sim card didn't transfer the virus to my phone - which seriously made me worried as I put my sim card back in. Thank goodness my phone just kept on working like it always has - despite being soaked in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, being thrown across the room several times in a fit of anger, and dropped hundreds of times. To this day, my trusty black Samsung T-809 still works like a charm.
