Regarding to problem you encounter first, You need to call the phone company that sold you the phone card to unlock the phone. The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong PIN 3 times. Second, You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free. Third, In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
Note: The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone. If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
This is my suggestion, try using another sim card with the phone and send a message. If this work it means the formal sim card is having a problem.
Contact your service provider to and explain to them that the sim card can not send message and it will be rectify.
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
The PUK code is a code associated with the SIM card and not with the phone.
have only two ways to get rid of the PUK code. Either you replace the
SIM card , or you call phone provider that issued the sim cadr (eg.
At&T, Virgin, Tmobile , Vodafone, Telecom etc.) You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are linked to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
hi, try remove the sim card and placed it back see if you are going to get one. if that did not work, try put the sim card in another phone and see if it get service, if that works, it m means the sim card is good but it didn't get service, you will need to go change your sim card. but if the sim card get network in another phone it means the antenna icy of your phone is bad. cheers
puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / specific, if
you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with
another sim card.
The puk comes up when the pin code has been
entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have
to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones
who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.
The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new sim card.
also entering the puk
code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you
to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.
There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. Theres no other solution.
You have to contact the phone service provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.
If you have lost your pin then you can enter the pin 3 times, util the
PUK lock appears. Then you unlock the PUK calling the phone company
that provided the SIM card inside your phone (eg Vodafone, Telecom,
Tmobile, Orange, AT&T etc.).
Calling the phone company is
the standard procedure to unlock a SIM card, however, if you do not
want to call the company you can just replace the SIM card with one
compatible with the phone, as PIN and PUK codes are related to SIM, and
not to the phone.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org. They charge £3.99 but are honest and quick, if they cannot unlock the mobile they refund the money straight away. Paypal or credit card. There are hundreds of these sites but I wld only recommend the above company. Good luck
Try inserting the sim card in another phone. If it still doesn't work, the problem could really be with the sim card. Go to your service provider, and request for your sim card number transfered to another sim card. That is if you wanna keep the same number. You could request for another sim card if you'd like. Call your service provider.
