In this case you can just try to reset the device by Firstly,hold the power key and volume down key;secondly,use vol- key and vol+key to move the cursor to wipe data/factory reset,press power key or menu key to select it;Thirdly,move cursor to yes,delete all data,then press power key to select it. If the fault still happens, please contact the manufacture to upgrade software, as generally upgrading software can solve such problems.

Just Follow the following steps to save your configuration settings.
1: Download & install OxyCube.
2: Connect your phone with USB cable. (USB Cable drivers must be installed)
3: Run OxyCube.
4: Select C: (Your phone memory).
5: In folders tree select Omadm Folder.
6: There will be 70 Numbered folders under Omadm.
7: Delete all folders accept first 5 & the folder named PRECFG.
8: Disconnect your phone.
9: Reboot your phone.
10: Either request you provider to send you settings. or insert it manually.
11: This time the settings will save normally.
Try a full charge using wall socket adapter to see if it's a battery problem. While doing this hold power and home buttons down together to reboot your device. If its still doesn't work and if you are on a tethered jailbreak you may need to reboot your device using blacksn0w. If that doesn't help it may be that it's a broken power button, or more serious internal issue - seek service or RMA if under warranty.
