wipro site is very limited, but has phone numbers? Have you tried that? http://www.wipro.co.in/products/html/01driver.htm phone numbers listed there as well if you don't see what you need. Other than that, I'm unsure of what you would need

You can download the audio driver (Realtek AC97) for the Wipro wivnb7710 laptop here: http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=23&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
