Hey, goodnight my samsung phone said network lock when i put my chip in it can i get help

You need to unlock your network phone first before you put your sim card on that phone. To unlock your phone you must have samsung SGH d500 unlock code and you can get that code from your network provider or you can buy from third party sites. After you have samsung unlock code then you can unlock your phone and you can put your sim card on that phone.

PHONE LOCK

You should have a PUK number, on the plastic card where your sim card was. Enter 2-3 more pin numbers and your phone will lock itself and request the PUK number... tap it in and hey! presto.

PUK number is available from your service provider.

If you mean unlock sim, to make your phone work on any network. Most shops will do it for you for a couple of £s.
