Until about a week ago (8/20/09), my modem would take less than a minute to connect to the internet when I turned it on in the morning. Now it takes from 5 to 6 minutes to connect most of the time. Infrequently, it comes up in a minute. It makes no difference whether I run it though my router or directly to the computer, or what time of day. The other lights come on in less than a minute, but the internet light (far right) delays. I have tried 2 different Westall modems (both about 2 to 3 years old) with the same results. The 2nd modem had never been used. AT&T wants me to buy a new one.
