There will be a problem with the backlights not being switched on, you would need to check if you are getting the supply voltage to the Inverter board (24V). If not check the power supply, if it is present then check if the backlights are functioning with a backlight tester, if these are ok check the capacitors on the inverter board. If the backlights are faulty then a replacement screen would be required.
