Hi I have a 2006 envoy and have a short in the wiring went to plug in my obd reader and there is no juice found a blown fuse replaced it blew right away fuse is { 2 amp ltr } can you please tell...

I think only the lighter and obd are on that circuit. But, the 2 amp fuse is much, much too small for the lighter, or anything else for that matter. Replace the fuse with a 30 amp fuse, and try the code reader again. If the fuse continues to blow, replace the cigarette lighter assembly.

Cigarette lighter dosen't work. Bad fuse??

very common for the socket to short out internally. Inspect it then unplug it. If the fuse is ok after you unplg it then you need to replace the socket.

I had my laptop plugged into the front cigarette lighter in my 2000 maxima, and it blew the fuse (i assume it was the fuse, it stopped working) and then the same thing happened with the rear power adapter....

This may or may not help, but when this happened to me, in a Dodge, I had to replace a "fusible link", which is basically a large fuse that is under the hood. Power adapters draw a fair amount of current, so it may be a larger fuse somewhere that needs to be replaced.

Detailer put coin in cigarette lighter

sounds like it blew a fuse. First remove the coin and check all the fuses. An owners manual will tell you where the fuse is located.
