I have E250, i put 512 mb memory card in it, my phone is asking password to open memory card. but there is no password on memory card, i checked that memory card by putting on different cells.

it's in you phone's settings. go to menu then settings (9), go to security (7) and then privacy.. there, you'll see those menus that you'd like to put passwords on. uncheck memory card then press save. put your security code and that's it! you can now use your memory card

Z3 will not accept a 2g card

The Dimage Z3 accept SD cards up to 1GB (Minolta says 512 Mb, and sold it with 16Mb). This camera is 4MP , and uses less memory on card, therefore a 512MB card will be enough for it.

It depends on what sort of phone you have, but you probably need to go to settings & select "save to SD card" or "save to external" in your camera/image settings.

Update V3T digital audio player

Sometimes its a size limit issue. I know my phone does freeze up or restart with either too many programs using up the memory or too many songs, pictures, etc. on there. Try removing some on there. If that fixes the problem them you are in the clear. If not, then there might be something internal going wrong with your set. Possibly a defective card reader..
