The cell phone maybe faulty. Take it back to where you purchase it for a replacement or repair as it wuold be still under warranty. Do not try to fix it yourself because you may void your warranty.
my phone went dead last night went i was in bed and when ive woke up this mornin ive put it on charge and the screen was white and said app error 523 reset so i reset it and it says uncaught exception:11 >11 and then went i press ok it just goes straight back to app error 523 .... and i need my phone :( how can i fix it without sending it off and paying for it?
At first the picture is ok, and then distorted with horizontal lines i thinks. If the horzontal lines are parellel acros the screen, with an inch apart across the whole screen, your tv needs screen adjustments. Screen voltage may be high. look into the crt base also. Change it first. These also not resolve the problem, LOT may be faulty, with respect to screen focus pack. May need replacement. Try first setting screen voltage to a lower settings and observe.
If its less than a year ago, Take it back, to the retailer, as there is a statutory 12 month guarantee on the majority of goods in the UK.
If its older than 12 months, you could try having a look inside the back, may be its a dodgy connection from the main AV board to the Screen, disconnect the connector have a look for any undue signs, and reconnect it at both ends.
Failing that, you may have to bite the bullet and take it to a TV repairer for them to tell you its a Dodgy AV/RF board, which are now obsolete, or you may be luckier than me.
If that is the case, try looking on ebay for AV board for you TV model/make.
Hope that helps a bit
Please remove the Battery from the Battery compartment. Then, remove the RAM module and reinstall it. Next, connect the AC Adaptor and try to power ON the Notebook without the Battery inserted. If the issue persists then service will be required.
