I have philips fwc399 the problem is that when i plug it will automatically power on but all bottons doesnt works

Have you replaced like for like power supply.

Try using your remote to over/ride that message.Put in 0000 to reset your tv back to the factory mode.

check the switches are grounded and that they arent shorting out somewhere. . most likely the case. get back to me.

Try using a cd cleaner set, a wet one is better. Follow the instructions on the set. The main idea is to put one drip of the ingluded at the set liquid (usually isopropylic alchool) at a specific place (like small brush) on the disk surface and play this disk. That way the "brush" will clean up the laser lens and after that the cd player will be able to read the disks. BE CAREFULL not to put too much liquid on the "brush". In case you can, use a Q-tip with isopropylic alchool to clean up the cd lens manually.

replace the power botton or sometime spray a contact cleaner for ur lubricant to avoid damage.swtching off is cause of power on carbon damgae or the spring is damage that why its go back to off.

you must know that RAM causing improperly booting and makes your computer automatic rebooting. and can make also your windows corrupted.
