Camera wont work in multiple windows

I just got a QuickCam Chat v11.8. It was working great, but it wont let me get on camera in multiple windows on Windows Live..Any advice on how to fix that?

Generally You can only use a web cam on one window at a time. Unless windows has let you do that before (it hasn't for me =[ )  Even skype wont let you do that.
