COMPATIBILITY PROBLEM I have a P4VMM2 motherboard with VIA P4M266 North Bridge(VT8751) and VIA VT8233 South Bridge chipset. I'm looking for a replacement for my old Nividia GeForce2 MX400/400 video card. Can anybody recommend any existing graphics card that has been tested in this type of motherboard?

Acer Aspire 6530 sound card

Looking at VIA's page on the P4M266 and scrolling down, it shows you're using South Bridge VT8233/8233A/8233C. Going to VIA Arena and selecting XP, Audio, and VIA AC97 codecs incorporated into VT8233, VT8233A, VT8233C, VT8235 and VT8237/R South Bridges takes me to the audio driver you need. Just click the above link and get it.

also u might have to un-install driver and reinstall it! but PLEASE DO NOT UNINSTALL ANYTHING WITH OUT HAVING THE DRIVER CD or all the hard and software needed!

Lost driver sound P4X400-8235

Your audio chipset should be AC97 VT8233a, in that case download driver here: VIA AC97 codecs incorporated into VT8233, VT8233A, VT8233C, VT8235 and VT8237/R South Bridges

If you have a different audio chipset download here.
