Similar issue as a previous post. I was heating one of the heating elements on the countertop. I heard a pop and reset the breakers. Now the time is on but oven or counter top wont heat up.
Go back to you breaker box. Re-set the breakers on each side of the one you re-set before. Now try it. Thr range works on 220v. This consist of two breaker leavers. One for each leg of the 220v. If you only re-set one leg, only half the things work.

Sounds like a shorted wire or something grounding.
Slide out range and unplug and take off bake and look around for a short either at the bake or broil element ot at the terminal where the cord connects.
Not popping sound you heard was the element popping take care of it out did you take your fingers and go round the outside of the element you'll find a whole the place that element you get your heat back
Although I am not familiar with this oven, living in the u/k, I would say that without any doubt the oven element(s) have failed, more so if the fan is working, so I would have hesitation that you replace the suspect element (s)..
Plz let me know how you get on.Thanks.
If this range has electric elements in the oven, you may have blown one of the heating elements. Do any of the oven functions work? If you were attempting to BAKE when this occurred, have you attempted to turn on the BROILER to see if it works? If the BROILER still heats up, you may just have a bad heating element. If both features quit working, the problem may be with your Electronic Range Control (ERC) board. Post back with comments and let me know.
on bake setting only your bake element is on broil element comes on for preheat only naturally the top part of your oven is hotter heat rises take the temp in the center of oven with a good thermometer those cheap ones are a guide only dont swear by them
