Changing or cleaning printer heads

Do not touch print heads with anything or you will damage and/or plug the ink holes. If print head is removable then: boil distilled water in shallow dish in microwave, immerse print head in water for 10 minutes, blot on cotton lint free cloth, reinstall in printer, then run print head clean utility. Repeat if necessary. If print head is not removable, check if there are ink jet holes on the bottom of the ink cartridge and do the same as above.
