My Alpine CDA-9835 has a short in face plate, plays music but unable to change tracks, display goes black, and usually have to remove faceplate and re seat over and over till it comes back on usually requiring a little finesse. Wondering if someone out there has a solution to this very annoying problem.
most of the time you have to send the faceplate into the manufacters repair dept or a factory authorized repair center will most likely need the entire radio/ unit to repair the faceplate problems Good Luck!!! Larry Dillon
