This is a common problem.to fix this u need to chge the the top controrl panel assly.it is preety easy to chge.to chge the panel u need to open allthe screws on inside of the door.then the white part of the door can be moved apart.the control panel is held to the outer metal door panel by 4 screws.b4 removing the panel remove the 2 screws which hold the control board to the panel and move away the control board.also u have disconnect the ribbon connector which comes from the control panel and connects to the control board.
