Help dirty picture infestation

Help i have a picture if a naked fat chick on my comp when i start certian programs tried reinstalling to get rid of the picture but didnt work i deleted about 10 from my pictures but there still in my system help me please!

You have probably picked up some kind of a virus that keeps replacing the picture every time you delete it. If you have any kind of an antivirus program loaded on your system you should run a complete scan on your system. If you don't have any such programs on your system there are a number of free antivirus scanners on the web. All of them have to install a small program on your system that will then allow the online scan to run. If you do a Google search for "free online virus scanner" you'll get a list of what is available. If you are on a work system then get your administrator to help you out.
