If you just purchased the toaster oven, contact the store that you purchased it from, and they should be able to get a manual for you. If you've had the toaster oven for awhile (usually 3 months or more), you'd have to contact the manufacturer (Bravetti) for the manual--a lot of times, their phone number is printed right on the back (or bottom) of your oven!
