Question about HP LaserJet 2420 Printer
We print labels on our HP LaserJet 2420. They're PDF files with our logo - a black bar with white lettering "Jesse Kalisher Gallery." We recently had a computer crash and had to reinstall a bunch of software, including the print drivers. Now, when we print the labels, the black bar is not solid, but looks faded. I think this issue occurred once before and it was a "postscript" issue. But no one recalls how to fix it.
The LaserJet is connected to one HP computer in our office and we have three computers on the office network. We tried changing the toner cartridge, installing several different drivers (PCL5 and PS), changing almost every printing preference possible, and still no resolve. These labels are very important, so your help is greatly appreciated.
Hi within the driver printing preferences you are able to change the graphic mode if you do this it may help. Without seeing what you are trying to print cannot give a accurate answer so try this and get back to me if this doesn't work
Hope this helps you and please rate me
