SONY DVP-FX810 - music but little or no dialogue in headphones
Recently the sound on my Sony DVP-FX810 stopped working for the most part. I can hear the backing music on a DVD but not the voices. For a while, I was able to put some pressure on the headphone jack (sometimes upward sometimes downward) and the audio worked fine but now that is not working either. This is the case for all DVDs. As far as I know, I have not changed any factory settings. Any thoughts?
Incidentally, I also have the freezing screen problem that many others have reported but can usually fix it by hitting the bottom of the machine.
