Question about Sony SLV-D350P DVD Player/VCR
You can pull down the front cover over the DVD tray and you will see a white plastic sprocket wheel on the left bottom. Use a flat screwdriver to push that wheel to the left and the tray will come out. No need to open up the case at all using this method. You can get the DVD out and then I agree with the other posting - go buy a new DVD player! Very disappointed in this Sony product!

Take the metal housing off (3 screws at the back). Then pop the plastic faceplate off (3 tabs on top, 3 on the bottom, one metal thingy on the left side.... once the 6 tabs are popped loose, just yank and the plate will pop off). Under the DVD loader will be a gear, turn it with your finger and the dvd will eject.
Then throw the unit out because it sucks.
