I couldn't find the wiring diagram of this exact model, but looking at a similar model diagram, it appears that the main fuse in the oven has blown or a safety interlock has failed. The clock runs all of the time of course, and so it is powered by a branch circuit. The main fuse and interlocks protect the rest of the oven (and you!). The fuse could have failed because of temporary overload or because a critical component failed, in which case you would need some profession help. If the oven is fairly new, it may pay to enlist a service tech, because some critical failures involve relatively inexpensive parts. You may find it budget-worthy to take it to a shop you trust that does this service, rather than pay for a house call. Good service techs can usually track this problem down in a few minutes. Microwave circuitry is comparatively simple (but dangerous if you don't know what you are doing).
The fuse is there to protect your home in case something has gone wrong inside your microwave. Since the fuse has blown twice, you can safely assume that there is something wrong inside. It may be fixable, it may not be economic to fix it. Impossible to troubleshoot electronics without the unit and test equipment.

Here is a tip that will help you to figure out what is wrong with your
Microwave Oven....
this mean that your oven has been disconnected from the wire (maize) that connecte your oven to the AC i.e electric supply
what you need to do from here
is that unscerw your oven and then locate or trace the wire (or it is call maize) technicaly if there is any disconnection from it
then if there is any you have to do the connection your self by fixing up your wire to the element which supply heat to the oven for you to locate the element it is silver in colour
and for the fan you will have to do the same thing that is same process which you have follow at the first time
the colour for thses wire are always in two colour or three (RED and BLACK) or(RED, BLACK AND any other colour which is working as the earth)
pleace if you can follow this solution then our oven and it fan will star working fine again
An AC motor has 2 leads and does not have a polarity. Just conntct the two terminls and reassemble the unit. If nothing else is wrong, it will work fine again.
I've checked, and cannot seem to find online service data on this model. Perhaps it's too new.
But it sounds like you have one which has the glass LCD and keypad connected to the circuit board via a zebra strip type "rubber connector". This is what you referred to as the "black and white small foam like pad". It is called the rubber connector.
It's similar to the model shown in the attached exploded view and it shows you what to clean.
If cleaning doesn't work, you need to order the LCD glass and the rubber connector.
You will probably have to call Tritronics with your model number to get these parts. They are toll-free at 866-779-5835.

On these models, the LCD is connected to the main control board via a rubber connector known as a "zebra strip".
Sometimes the connections can get contaminated.
One can take the control board off and clean the contact surfaces of the board, the edges of the zebra strip and the connection side of the LCD glass with high-grade isopropyl alcohol.
