Paper jam

no it is problem your printer cartridge .Have you saw any massage in your computer,when you start printing.Please send me details or change printer cartridge .Other way when light is blinking red eror then press resum button,then your printer to try feed paper but not feed so it is paper jum signal . By analyzing your printer paper jam problem,it deffinately due to paper piece or dust particle wrapped to the the printer page roller.So check your printer keenly for any paper piece or any other obstacle disturbing printer roller and clean dust wrapped on printer roller with brush.Then turn on the printer give the page to the printer,care must be taken that page inserted is must be straight.then give the print.
