First my computer doese'nt connect with my camera
and second i dont have it's software
can any one send me this software plz

Just go to Panasonics website, it will be faster than trying to wait for it here. Possibly go to an electronics store, see if they have a copy you can have or maybe they can burn it for you, take a CD and DVD.
