Look online there are learning barcodes out there you can scan, look for one with zero in front, if you are making the barcodes yourself than put a * at the beginning and end and then make barcode, it will capture everything in between,

Is it possible to make auto enter after second barcode scanned

Hi. Read your scanner's manual as the manual should contain a barcode for "automatically press enter after scanning a barcode", or a shorter name. Once you scan the barcode, it will activate the function on your scanner.
We did this for our motorola scanners pretty fast after purchase.

Why i cannot scan 1 digit number

Did you make the barcodes using Code 39 or 3 of 9? If so, the scanner defaults to reading between 2 and 55 character Code 39 barcodes. Go to the Motorola Solutions support portal and search for Article ADC-00404 portal motorolasolutions com. Print the article and scan the Code 39 Any Length barcode. Once this is done the scanner will read all Code 39 barcodes.

Dear all I need help in configuration of Scanner from Symbol MC3090. The scanner settings I could'nt change in the system or better: where can I change this settings? I want to scan a I2of5 Barcode which...

You would need to configure the application which are you using to scan, there is usually one default length for the barcode preselected.
If you are using ScanWedge, download the CtlPanel application, start it goto Scanner settings, decoders, I2OF5 and length. Dont forget to make the settings persistend

Need to have a barcode that when scanned will simulate an enter

There is not a barcode to simulate the enter key. You have to program the scanner to add the C/R (carriage return) to the end of the data that it sends. This is just a simple programming step. The users guide that came with the scanner will have a section in it with barcodes to scan to program the unit to perform differently. Each model scanner is a little different but the process is about the same. Enter programming mode, scan the C/R barcode, exit programming mode. Now when you scan the barcode the scanner will automatically add the "enter" for you.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Extra zero

The default setting for this scanner is EAN13 enabled. This means that all 12 character barcodes will be changed to 13 characters by adding a zero in front.
How to Disable:

Open the manual that came with the scanner (it's available to download on the Cipherlab web page if you don't have it).
Find the UPCA Parameters barcodes (currently page 29). The next heading down is Convert to EAN13. You will see the disable and enable barcodes.

1) Scan Enter Setup Barcode (on practically every page of the manual at the bottom). The scanner will beep 6 times.
2) Scan the Convert to EAN13 Disable barcode. The scanner will beep once.
3) Scan the Update barcode at the bottom of the same page.

Your scanner should now read both 12 and 13 character barcodes correctly.

Hope this helps:)
