Problem for HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer

My J4580 All-in-One printer is indicating an error:

There is a cartridge problem: (black). Refer to device documenatation to troubleshoot. Have tried everything! Orange exclamation point on front of printer is still blinking. Can anyone give me any help?

if you have tried every thing then your printer hardware seems to be the problem so plz contact a professional printer expert to sort out the problem
