Question about Mitsubishi WD-52525 52" Rear Projection HDTV
After being reset, TV turns on briefly and then reports, on screen, "TV will shut off in a few seconds" Appears to be problem with air filter for bulb-cooling fan, but no obvious issue exists. Door to filter is securely affixed. Fan seems to be operating. Bulb is new, and has operated for about ten hours without issue. Prior to issue developing an annoying sound came from TV when turned off. TV was unplugged after having been off for a number of hours already. Then this.
There is a service bullietin related to this.. it has to do with a thermal sensor inside next to bulb..this sensor monitors the temperture of bulb... it says getting hot....this sensor needs to be replaced
