Re: mp3 player connection

I made a mistake and plugged the cord in the right hand side (when facing the unit)... that's for headfones, though! Plug it in to the hole on the left...that one's for the line in jack. Hope that helped --- definitely took me a few minutes to figure out!

Re: mp3 player connection

Have you tried using a different patch cord, also make sure the volume is turned up on the mp3 player. What kind of system are you using?

Can mp3,ipod connect to philips FW-R7 with cd

All you need to get them to play is a "dock" and a 3.5mm Jack to two RCA phono plugs lead.
The Jack goes into the headphone output and the RCA's go into any spare socket on the back of the unit IE tape/cd.
Infact you just need the lead, plug it into the headphone output of the Ipod or MP3 player. But the dock will keep the battery charged and you get a remote with the dock, so you don't need to get out of your chair, to operate the player.

How do i connect my mp3 player to my jvc stereo

If it has a aux input at the back you can get a dock and that will let you plug it into your system.

Loud buzzing when I insert a tape in my car's stereo

Hiya, first try a normal cassette, see if that plays OK. If so the deck is probably fine, if not then the deck is faulty (probably not serious though and just a loose wire on the head).
If the connection between the tape and MP3 is a cable, the fault is quite likely there (if bluetooth then not). I strongly suspect the cable from the previous issues also.

Best of luck

Cables with RCA on one end and Mp3 Player 3.5 mm connector other.

Try looking at radio shack for the cable. If not there you might try MCM Electronics on the web. If you have any soldering experience I know radio shack carries the parts to make one yourself.

How can I connect it to the "Front Games and mp3 Inputs

Leah, if you go to wal-mart, you can buy an adapter cord that will plug into the headphone jack of your mp3 player and then plug into your stereo to play your mp3's through it. It looks like a headphone jack on both ends. Cost is approx 3-5 dollars.

Usually there is an AUX input you can use. You will need to have a cable that will connect the output jack of the MP3 player to the input connector on the shelf system. You can also use any of the selectable inputs, such as tape or cd as long as there are connectors on the back of the system for those.

Aux wire?

Your query > ..." hook...mp3 player ...RCA RS2044 stereo..."

You need to connect the headset out of your MP3 player using a special cable to theInterfaces/Ports: AUX-in of the RCA RS2044.

One of the many technical name for the special cable is RCA Male Stereo to male baby phone stereo, the common name is MP3 to RCA and it is similar to the function and look of a Cygnett Groove Transit - MP3 Phone to R...

Hope that this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things turned out or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.
