Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I try to scan, I get this message...
An error occurred communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again.
What else can I try? It's hooked up right or I wouldn't be able to print, right??
This is what your problem is.go to control panel and click on camers and scanners.then click on your model scanner.then just follow the steps through and it will scan.not to sure why it won't scan from display on front of scanner.will check into it.
