Seems to be filled with water

I had this problem just today and was able to fix it by checking for a drain in the forward fan compartment. In my case, the forward compartment is made of styrofoam.

Along the bottom back edge of the inside of this forward compartment, there will be a small chunk of styrofoam missing, which is the drain. I almost missed it because it was fairly small and was blocked by some black residue. Take a pipe cleaner or some wire, and push it through to clear the blockage.

If you want to prevent this problem in the future, just make the hole slightly bigger, but not too big, as you would like the majority of your cold air to stay inside and keep critters from crawling through as well.

Your unit has a clogged drain passage that's why the water is staying in the front of the unit.If you take the unit case off look for a drain trough in the bottom of the a/c where the metal wall is that the fan mounts to thats where it is,clean it out and the water will flow to the back of the a/c and not blow or drip inside your house.
