That Belkin IS a Wireless Access Point. Wireless routers are, by definition, an Access Point.. you will have to have access to the configuration page on the Belkin, and enable Wireless...
If you received this ADSL router from your ISP, then the best bet is to call them and ask for the proper way to access this utility... If you purchased this router, then perhaps I can find the proper way to configure it for you.. let me know.
