You must call a service. The heating-element (fuser) has to be changed.

Hi Gruener,

Are you suggestion that I take out the black defuser box in the back of the printer and replace that one.

That particular error indicates a fuser failure. Try turning off the printer and re-seating the fuser. If this does not clear the message then the fuser needs to be replaced. With such a low number of prints warranty should cover it.

CALL SERVICE (0500) what does it mean ? how to solve it ?

The users manual says when you get this error to reboot machine and if the error doesn't go away the problem can only be fixed by an authorized service provider.

Amber light on oki c3300 continues to flash and printer will not print

Here's what the owner's manual has to say:

Error status (Amber, blinking): you cannot continue to use the
printer. Intervention is required to recover from the error. Fatal
errors are irrecoverable and require a service call.

Blinking 1 (2S cycle)
An error has occurred but
printing can continue if you
press the ON LINE or CANCEL

Blinking 2 (500mS cycle)
An error has occurred. You
need to replace consumables
or remove jammed paper, for
example. The printer then
recovers from the error and
printing becomes possible

Blinking 3 (120mS cycle)
A serious error has occurred.

The Status Monitor in Windows provides a readable description
of the printer status corresponding to the indications of the
LEDs. In Mac, the printer driver provides status information
once you have sent a document to print. In Windows, if you
have the Status Monitor Preferences set to Pop up on alerts,

an abnormal condition occurs.

Oki b6200 printer error

How did it get error? In the most case that error shows the time to replace another Fuser part.
The Fuser was ruined if you print over maximum number of pages (200,000 pages for eg.). If not the component of printer's Fuser is ruined, such as sensor, this is the most case that I have usually seen.

I think it's simple. But how to find it is a little difficult.

Priter trouble

Please uninstall the printer driver and it's application completely after disconnecting the printer. Clean all the Temprorary files if any(Start>Run>"temp">Enter>Delet All. Then Start>Run>"%temp%">Enter>Delet All) Restrat the Computer and reinstall the driver. It should solve the Problem.
