Windows Explorer problem

Hey, experts....
I'm getting a problem of windows explorer recently. It was fine a week ago.... I newly formatted my system a couple of weeks ago... Everything was fine until I got this Error screen which says...

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close, blah blah blah... and pops up with the infamous Don't Send screen....!!! I click Don't Send, the screen closes and explorer restarts... but when I start exploring and open My Computer, it shows the same... but next time it won't show, only before I open My Pictures, or the Partition E: ....

This problem is giving me a headache... 'cause when I try to copy or move something, it pops up, and I need to do the copy or move again...!!! Why is this problem occuring...?
Any suggestion will be appreciated...!! Thanx in advance...

Just to tell u all, it isn't Hardware problem, cuz my PC is new... about 3 or 4 months old.....

OS --> XP Pro SP-3

Processor --> AMD Athlon X2, 6000+ with Dual Core, 3.1 GHz speed

RAM --> 2 GB
