My cyan ink cartridge will only print a faint bar

my cyan ink cartridge will only print a faint bar in the test pattern. The narrower bar underneath doesn't print at all. I've changed the cartridge twice and cleaned and deep cleaned numerous times.Don't you know it would happen at the busiest printing time of the year for a teacher?

Sounds like the printhead is plugged up with dried ink, you can try soaking in warm water about 1/4 inch deep, but you probably need a new printhead...
