I have a customer who has an Oce 7055 wide format copier. Has error code 0802 on it. When you go to copy the error code pops up and the paper jam lite is on the panel. Customer complained of machine wrinkling the paper and smelling like something was burning. I did see the copier work a couple times then went into error code. If you have a service manuel I woul dbe happy to purchase it. Thank you.

I have a Minolta EP4000/5000 CSPro copier that has a 20-Bin Staple Sorter attached. I moved it across the office and now when I turn it on the screen says "The section indicated by the arrow is open. Please close it properly." I've tried opening and closing it and the error message disappears but then comes back. If I push the Bin "in" (towards the copier) the error messsage disappears and the screen goes back to normal... until I let go. :) Any ideas?
