Excessive heat coming from bottom, and the wall

Excessive heat coming from bottom, and the wall dividing the fridge and freezer is very warm and is transferring heat to the door seals that touch it when closed. Is this repairable or on its last leg?

very repairable, the unit is tryin to release exessive heat from lower compartment, pull unit out and vaccuum the coils,as well as underneath the unit, when pulled away form wall, make sure that the fan behind the unit(next to compressor) is running.
