my LAPTOP`S key board is not functioning properly since i have purchased .i complained to sony world at lucknow.there mr. manish said that it has to be changed .but i have not recieved any commmunications from them.i purchased sony laptop vgn -cs17g/p in october 2008.on my key board @ key is interchanged with '' key.and many other keys may be like this? i do not expect such a fault from sony people please suggest me what to do........

Go to authorised Sony retailler store and get solution.
